I think your passion it´s related with your natural talents. If you are not natural talented for something, you can learn it, but will never feel like a passion because it takes much more effort. Natural talents cannot be developed. they are part of you already. Most of the people just try to fix themselfs when something isn´t producing results, but they never realize that maybe, just maybe, they were not borned with that talent, and if they change the role instead of changing them to fit the role.. they will be more productive and more happy. Rewire your brain, your thoughts and how you see yourself. Adidas a-badass hippie Spend 5-10 minutes everyday working on how you want to see yourself, the things you want to do, the life you want to live and the thoughts you want to think. Gradually, increase this time until it becomes a habit. When it eventually becomes a habit, which it will, you will see the the change you want to see. Start by understanding and deciding ‘why’ you want to convince yourself, what will you get out of it, what would be your drive to change. You have to ‘want’ to change. You can make it happen.

The past is gone. How can it control what is happening now? You have to take control of your life the way is it now. If it can be better take steps one day at a time to change it so that you can be happier. I know how it is to feel trapped with what you have been stuck with. I am just starting to get out of the hole. One step is I joined a gym and got a personal trainer. This way it motivated me to go there. Then I started meeting friends there. That also motivates. I like art so I finally bought art supplies and am starting to paint. I don’t like that I am not good at it yet but it gets my mind off of everything. Get outside and take a walk. Anything that gets you in a better state of mind. Write daily affirmations of small positive things. Whatever is positive to you. The weather is good, you kissed your family or whatever it is . There lots of ways to get started on things.
