I find your workouts helpful and easier to do from the comfort of my own home without having to embarrass myself at a Gym. I’ve been following them for just over a week and can’t wait to hit 6weeks and hopefully see some body transformations

I’m 32 and never weighed over 135 until I hit my mid 20’s. Then started gaining weight in my gut and face. I was always a runner so I tried running all the time to lose it. Never lost more than a pound and just couldn’t seem to slime down. Came across Kinobody last year and really jumped on it. In 3 months I lost 20lbs (went from 170 to 150) and really started slimming down. You could see a MAJOR difference in my face especially. Been slacking the last couple months but am really trying to focus staying on the program. Weights and wine because punching people is frowned upon. As someone who’s trained all her life and is a fitness coach, nothing has worked better for Me or my clients other than intermittent fasting. Many elite athletes I’ve trained under practice this too. Where you eat ideally within an 8-hour window. Works great for very busy people with long working hours. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to and eventually you see your energy levels perk up substantially and metabolism increase. However, it’s important to not eat too late at night because of course, that interrupts sleep. Find your balance based on your daily routine. Make sure your doctor clears you for it too.
